At Carter’s Healthcare Consulting Group (CHCG), LLC, we are wholeheartedly dedicated to transparent collaborations, ethical research, and optimization projects. The CHCG team focuses on innovative practices that are most likely to yield equitable, efficient, effective, and optimal healthcare outcomes. While the overarching aim of our work is to improve the overall quality of healthcare and its delivery, we are very intentional and committed to advancing the inconveniences of the unignorable healthcare disparities that exist at disproportionate rates in underserved communities compared to national averages. CHCG believes that through enhanced culturally responsible training, improved health literacy, meaningful collaborations and evidence-based data, healthcare disparities can be advanced, and the quality of healthcare can be improved. Our role and approach as healthcare consultants?
As healthcare consultants at CHCG, we first meet with our clients to discuss their concerns and visions to see if we are a good match. We diagnose your needs through data collection and assessments. We then provide you with feedback and recommend solutions. Finally, we set up a contract and begin implementing our solution’s plan. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, the order of our processes is not rigid and could vary based on the needs of each individual client.
